Why Signal Band
A signal band is the range of frequencies that carries information. Here, it is the evidence, indicators and risks that matter to one decision, separated from the noise around them.
A band is also people playing together. Executives, project managers, security teams, vendors and engineers each hold part of a decision. The products put their parts on one page, so they decide from the same evidence.
Who's behind it
Signal Band is led by Andrew Birrell, a delivery lead across cyber, identity and technology programs, based in Sydney. Every product began as a tool built to answer a real program question, then was rebuilt to run on anyone's data.
That is why the products look like working tools rather than slideware, and why each one ships with its method written down: so other practitioners can deliver them to the same standard.
