What it shows

  • Venture Control Tower: readiness, evidence confidence and assumption exposure in one view.
  • Ten validation gates, from Proposition to Decision, driven by the evidence behind each hypothesis.
  • Critical unknowns ranked by a Validation Priority Index, each with the next test to run.
  • Financial and capital projection, capability and resourcing, and a 90-day decision plan.

Outcomes

  • A clear proceed, rework or stop signal backed by evidence.
  • Experiments prioritised by how much each one de-risks the venture.
  • A shared language between founders, investors and delivery partners.

Built for: Founders, venture studios, accelerators and innovation or investment committees.

Product specification

Nine report pages on one model: Venture Control Tower, Validation & Evidence, Product & Market Validation, Market & GTM Engine, Technology & Architecture, Financial & Capital Projection, Capability & Resource Engine, Decision Companion, and a Methodology & Configuration appendix.

Each hypothesis carries a confidence score that moves with the strength of its evidence, so contradicting evidence lowers it as readily as supporting evidence raises it. Gate readiness rolls those scores up, and the Validation Priority Index ranks unknowns by impact against confidence. Investor thresholds such as LTV/CAC of 3 or more and 12 months of runway are tested directly.

How it's delivered: days, not months

  1. ScopeA short call to agree the decision it needs to support and which data you already have.
  2. LoadYour exports go into the model's CSV templates. No live connection to your systems is needed to start.
  3. RunThe model runs on your data, and every number traces back to its inputs and the documented method.
  4. Hand overYou keep the Power BI file, its design walkthrough and engineering companion, or our practitioners run it with you each month.
